There is also a 3 week timeline from the time a parcel has been delivered to lodge the complaints. Please cooperate on these so any issues can be solved in a timely manner. The additional charge that you are seeing on top of our unit costs is the shipping charge that fleek adds on based on their in app shipping calculator. As suppliers, we plug in weightage and number of units, and the shipping price per unit is added on which is then added on to your invoice. We have no control over shipping costs, and for any concerns regarding this, it is best to reach out to fleek customer support.
